{"id":422,"date":"2021-05-19T15:45:00","date_gmt":"2021-05-19T06:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sasahara-kk.com\/en\/?p=422"},"modified":"2021-06-14T16:01:48","modified_gmt":"2021-06-14T07:01:48","slug":"sdgs-project-2-excerpts-of-employees-ideas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sasahara-kk.com\/en\/event\/sdgs-project-2-excerpts-of-employees-ideas","title":{"rendered":"SDGs project 2 -Excerpts of employee&#8217;s ideas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>After the SDGs briefing session, we distributed a questionnaire to everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"605\" height=\"454\" src=\"http:\/\/sasahara-kk.com\/sasahara_wp_en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/\u8cea\u554f\u7968\u306e\u5199\u771f.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-423\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sasahara-kk.com\/sasahara_wp_en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/\u8cea\u554f\u7968\u306e\u5199\u771f.jpg 605w, https:\/\/sasahara-kk.com\/sasahara_wp_en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/\u8cea\u554f\u7968\u306e\u5199\u771f-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We filled in what we are working on for the SDGs on a departmental and\/or individual basis as well as what we would like to do in the future.<br>The following is an excerpt (in the brackets shows his\/her department) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contribute to the prevention of waste of resources by shifting to solid designs from paper drawings (Design)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contribute to energy saving by visualizing power consumption by introducing smart meters, changing the factory lights to LED lighting, and introducing high-efficiency EHP (Design)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contribute to the energy saving, CO2 reduction and climate change prevention by installing solar panels for renewable energy,  (CAM)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contribute to the prevention of waste of resources by introducing the tablet terminals to CNC operators (CAM)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contribute to the energy saving by promoting the unmanned CNC machining hours (i.e. reducing the manned machining hours) (CAM)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contributing to sustainable consumption by taking the initiative in using reusable and recyclable cutting tools and air tools (CAM)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contribute to sustainable consumption by regularly inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining CNC machines (Machining)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contribute to sustainable consumption by reducing unused materials and wastes resources (Machining)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contribute to the creation of a gender-equal society by encouraging male employees to take childcare leave (Tryout)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contributes to the usage of clean energy by supplying the electric power by solar panels, and by warming the factory by the heat of mechanical compressors (Tryout).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contribute to maintaining the physical and mental health of employees by setting no overtime days (CAE)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Actively hire female engineers to empower and contribute to gender equality (CAE)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contribution to energy saving by rationalizing energy use by introducing new production equipment (Machining)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Replace the forklift with a rechargeable type to contribute to global warming countermeasures (Quality Control)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contributes to maintaining the health of employees by assisting them in receiving human docks when they reach a certain age (Quality Control)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contribute to maintain employee health, achieve gender equality, and create a rewarding workplace by promoting remote work and introducing flextime (Sales)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contribute to increased educational opportunities by attending external courses (General Affairs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contribute to the creation of a rewarding workplace by promoting the acquisition of qualifications (General Affairs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb Contribute to climate change countermeasures by subdividing wastes (General Affairs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Excerpt is over)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will continue to seek what we can do to achieve goals of SDGs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"After the SDGs briefing session, we distributed a questionnaire to everyone.
