We have started working on the analysis of UHTS materials using the tensile strength machine that has been newly introduced to our plant.

Now that it’s not unusual to deal with the 1180MPa materials, we understand the strong necessity to manufacture the dies that ensure the quality of cold press mass production.

We will analyze material properties, incorporate them into CAE analysis, and keep on challenging to make new kind of tools based on the data obtained from accurate simulations.
